Senior Associate needed to help advise on increasing workload within the pre-eminent practice of a highly prestigious international firm. The firm has one of the highest ranked and largest practices in the UK for Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Power transactions and projects. They compete with White Shoe law firms on a full variety of global transactions in these sectors.
Your work will involve advising on a wide variety of transactions and contracts for clients in the oil & gas sector, as well as broader energy and infrastructure industries. Predominately this will mean advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and project development. You will be handling both domestic and international matters, including large multi-jurisdictional deals. The firm has recently consolidated their energy practice in the Asia Pacific, enabling them to work on larger cross-border matters across the Far East.
Ideally, you will have at least four years of post-qualification experience within a respected oil & gas practice. You must have substantial corporate M&A experience within the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on upstream oil and gas.
