A vacancy has opened within an award-winning City Real Estate team, home to a wide-ranging domestic and pan-European practice.
The role will involve advising on all corporate holding structures, property joint ventures, and major acquisitions, lettings, and disposals, as well as advising on the impact of construction, planning, and environmental law. In addition, you will advise on a variety of project finance matters and will work with other practice groups to advise on property aspects of transactions and projects. Much of the team’s work is cross-border in nature.
You will ideally have at least one year of post-qualification experience, gained within a leading real estate practice. A proactive attitude towards business development and knowledge management is highly sought after, and you should have excellent academics.
The firm famously provides some of the best on-going training and development in the City. You will be working closely with Partners and Senior Associates who are recognised as leaders in their fields by all legal directories and publications. The firm makes a point of actively involving associates wherever possible in business development and management.
This is an opportunity to take a step up in remuneration and prestige. You will not be pigeon-holed and will have the chance to work on all manner of real estate matters, often with a more significant international element than can be found anywhere else in London.
